In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.
Your "Fresh" design will go into production within 24 hours from ordering. After that the general estimated delivery time is 5-7 days (EDT).

We follow a simple equation to calculate EDT:
estimated fulfillment + item crafting completed + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time
Our average order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days for all production techniques.
We consider the current order volume and our fulfillment capacity when calculating our estimated fulfillment time. Similarly, we calculate estimated shipping time according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.
But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:
- Issues with print or embroidery files
- Products being out of stock
- Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions
Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order.

Order Cancellation: All product orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order to qualify for a 100% refund. After that the product is already experiencing color immersion and hand crafting by the artisan and we cannot stop the process. Immediately Contact [email protected] or Call or by texting (567) 239-8614 with Your Name and "Immediate Order Cancellation Request" and we will call you back to make arrangements for a refund.
Misprinted/ Damaged/ Defective Items: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.
The return address is set by default to the Frazer Living Fulfillment facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. Our Customer support will provide you with our Fulfillment Center shipping address as it is not located at our place of business in Ohio.
Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our Fulfillment Center facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
Once placing and completing an order, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
Frazer Living does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Returns are done with Customer Support: - You must contact [email protected] or call (567) 23--8614 before returning any products. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense you must contact our Customer Service return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
